Communities served
1) victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking,
2) persons facing eviction and homelessness,
3) guardianships/conservatorships to protect abused, neglected or abandoned children and adults who have lost capacity (often from Alzheimer’s or dementia),
4) seniors to obtain Medicaid to pay for long term care, and
5) low income Idahoans with other critical legal needs, including those resulting from the pandemic.
