Services
provides civil legal services for individuals with low-incomes, disabilities, aged over 60, anyone who is discriminated against in housing decisions, and all who face challenges related to health care insurance or services. VLA provides information, advice and representation in a range of civil legal areas including health care, housing, education, family law, public benefits, and consumer law. VLA does not handle criminal cases or traffic violations.
